In 2017 upon recommendation from our architect we engaged Anthony from T&E Homes to conduct a major renovation and new build for our family home.
We appreciated Anthony’s hands on and personal approach and his constant communication and advice through the process. We were able to make a number of variations to the build along the way and none of which were ever an issue for Anthony to undertake.
The fact that Anthony only uses the same regular trades who he has worked with for many years gave us confidence that the job was getting done right and Anthony was onsite every step of the way working with them.
It was a very enjoyable and rewarding experience building our home with Anthony from T&E Homes and we have no reservations in recommending him to anyone and will certainly use him again for our next building project
Over a duration exceeding 20 years, I have utilised the services of T&E Homes to construct 6 new properties some of which were for my personal residence. Each property constructed on my behalf by T&E Homes was of an excellent build quality leaving me with no concerns over the entire term of ownership (One property was my personal residence for 15-year duration).
With each engagement, I was availed considerable flexibility in options, honest advice and recommendations with decisions relating to the design and construction by the builder principal as well as the respective lead tradesman.
